Fritz Hansen Lighting Mingus P2 Pendant Light

Fritz Hansen Lighting Mingus pendant light was designed in 2011 by Cecilie Manz, reknowned for her design of the Caravaggio pendants. A simple design concept drawing interest from the 4 facets that make up the shade and drawing the light downwards but with no glare due to the depth of shade. It also has a acylic fixture where the cord enters which allows some light to escape from the top.

The shade is made from drawn aluminium and lacquer finished in a white, a blue black and 4 subtle shades. Mingus P2 is complimented by the same shape in the smaller P1.
